Posted 01/24/2017 09:50AM

McGee Middle School had a great first day competing in the Follett Challenge, a national library contest that celebrates and rewards K-12 innovation. McGee earned more than 1,000 votes on the video submission, placing the school in third place.

But we need to continue to vote! Anyone 13 and older is eligible by visiting follettchallenge.com or by using the direct link below. Parents, please vote and also encourage your students to vote today and spread the word. The grand prize is $60,000 and we would love to continue to support our students' reading literacy by using that prize money! Thank you for your continued support! It is very much appreciated.
