Ms. Eustis comes to Berlin after serving two years as the assistant principal of Conard High School in West Hartford. Prior to her time in West Hartford, she spent ten years serving as the assistant principal at Simsbury High School. In this role, Ms. Eustis was responsible for faculty evaluation and supervision, curriculum leadership and development, and led the Positive Behavior Intervention Systems (PBIS) initiative.
Prior to her time working as a building administrator, Ms. Eustis spent nearly twenty years serving as a reading, language arts and mathematics teacher in various school districts across Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Kentucky.
Ms. Eustis holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Saint Mary’s College in Indiana. She earned her Master’s degree in Curriculum and Administration from Loyola University in Illinois before earning her Sixth Year degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Connecticut.
