The McGee Encore program would like to thank all the families who have donated Legos. The excitement is building as students have started sorting the donations and are helping us plan our new Lego Wall.

McGee Grade 6 Students Recognized as Berlin Bravo Recipients at December Board of Education Meeting. Noah Melnyk was honored for being a great collaborator who utilizes resources and opportunities to grow as a learner. He is a kind friend who is willing to support others. He has risen to the challenge of advocating for himself and is a role model for others as a prepared, conscientious and hardworking student.

6th, 7th, and 8th grade students complete a course called Encore where they utilize the Library Media Center's makerspace and have an opportunity to create, think, explore, and tinker.

Our annual infant supply and toy drive to support the Connecticut Children's Medical Center begins tomorrow, November 15th. New unwrapped toys and supplies for infants through teenagers are being collected in Mrs. Botticello's room. The toy drive will run from now through mid December.
