The Physical Education, Health and Wellness departments are introducing a new comprehensive curriculum that focuses on the whole child – mind, body, and spirit. 

To keep students active, engaged, and feeling successful in a positive and safe environment.

To provide students with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to become physically active for life, understanding the importance of physical activity in maintaining a robust lifestyle and the long-term benefits of health and wellness.
