Today is a Day 2 Schedule


First GSA+ Club Meeting Our first meeting is after school on Monday 10/16 at 2:15 pm in room 2402. Allies are as welcome as community members. The focus of the first meeting is an introduction to GSA, ice-breakers and pronouns.

Class of 2020 Fundraiser Please support your class and purchase a class of 2020 t-shirt. They are only $10.00!!! Order forms can be found on Schoology, the red zones (red bulletin boards), and outside of office 12C. All orders are due by October 13th to Miss Cassello or Mrs. Smith.

Attention Writing Center Tutors! Our next meeting for all current tutors will take place on Tuesday, October 10 at 2:15 in room 1501. We will discuss our semester 1 schedule and review procedural information. Please make every effort to attend.

Wrestling Pre-Season Meeting Wednesday, October 18 at 2:30 pm in the Cafe: All prospective candidates for this year’s Redcoat Wrestling Team should report promptly, meeting will only taken about 20 minutes. All candidates should remember to sign up on Family ID and have all their Athletic Department paperwork completed before practice begins on November 27th. Wrestling Pre-Season Workouts are Mondays and Thursdays starting on October 23rd at 3:00 pm.

Student Government Are you interested in spreading school spirit? If so, please join us at our next Student Government meeting. We are meeting on Tuesday, 10/10 at 2:15 in Room 2302. If you have any questions before then, please see Ms. Gagnon in Rm 2302.

Tie Dye Sci Come tie dye with the Science Club after school Tuesday, 10/10 in room 2122. Bring a white, mostly cotton garment such as a t-shirt, shorts, socks, or pillow case if you have one, if not we have extra plain, white t's. You don't need to already be a member to attend, but you might pick up some new, scientific insights along the way.

Homecoming Committee Are you interested in creating decorations for Homecoming? If so, please join us on Thursday 10/12 at 2:15 in Room 2302. If you have any questions before then, please see Ms. Gagnon in Rm 2302.

All Night Grad Clothing Drive Donate used clothing, accessories, household items, and bicycles on Saturday, October 14th from 9:00 to 2:00 at the BHS student entrance to support the All Night Grad party.

Walk-Thru Advisory At the end of Per 7 today (1:06pm) students in grades 9-11 should report to their Advisory classroom to pick up school pictures. Students will then proceed to Period 8. Seniors should report directly to Period 8.

Information for PSAT Day Parking for student will not be available tomorrow, October 11. Students will need to utilize on street parking. 9th and 10th Grade Students: By the end of the day today, you will receive a permission slip that must be signed by a parent or guardian in order to participate in the National Guard's obstacle course tomorrow.

Students: Please open Schoology to access the message from Mrs. Ventura regarding testing locations for tomorrow's PSAT. This list is sorted by Student ID Number. Upon arrival tomorrow, you should report directly to your testing location. Teachers: For any student with concerns, please access the full roster provided in BHS Helpful Resources using the PSAT folder.

Newspaper Club Are you interested in journalism? Are you looking for a new club to join? Come to the Newspaper Club meeting on Monday, October 16 at 2:15 in the Media Center. We will be addressing story ideas for our upcoming publication. Please see Mrs. Rice or Ms. Briganti with any questions.

Dredcoat Fun Run The Athletic Department is hosting a spooktacular fun run on Friday, October 13th. Take a 1.25 mile enchanted journey through Sage Park dressed in your festive best and be prepared for hidden surprises along the way!
