Dear Parents and Guardians,

I hope this letter finds you well and you are enjoying the start of the new season.  It is hard to believe that we have already been in school for two months and that the time has come to prepare for student conferences.  We will be holding conferences for students at Willard School in grades K-5 on November 30th, December 7th and December 8th

In order to arrange a conference for your son/daughter, you will be required to use the Canyon Creek Conference Scheduler and sign up online.  The online scheduler will be available from October 31st through November 11th. You will not be able to sign up prior to October 31st.  Conferences are scheduled on a first come, first served basis.  We strongly encourage you to sign up at your earliest convenience.  If you require an alternate time due to conflicts, please contact your child’s teacher as soon as possible. Also, please make sure you retain your confirmation number in case you need to make any revisions to your schedule.  Directions are provided on the back of this letter.  Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.  We look forward to meeting with you and discussing your child’s progress.
